- Avoid heat, washing, or dry cleaning the entire item as deformation may occur.
- For stained areas, use a neutral detergent in lukewarm water for spot cleaning.
- Dyeing and prints may remain on the original material; avoid excessive contact.
- After hand washing, reshape and dry naturally in the shade.
- Avoid mixing with items of different colors as it may lead to dye transfer or staining.
- Shape deformation of the ball cap may occur when exposed to water dyeing.

- The actual color may vary depending on the lighting.
- The color of the product and image may differ depending on the PC or smartphone settings.
- The company is not responsible for damages caused by improper washing or care.
- Cotton material may have loose threads due to the manufacturing process. These can be trimmed with scissors and do not qualify for exchange or return.
- Even for identical products, color differences may occur due to the natural characteristics of the dyeing process.
- Oil marks, natural dye stains, and other features from the manufacturing process are not considered product defects.

Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
