Usage Guidelines
- Please use the bag with an appropriate amount of contents to avoid straining it.
- Be cautious of exposure to oil, moisture, and direct sunlight, as they may cause deformation or discoloration.
- Contact with cosmetics, perfumes, etc., may alter the bag's gloss or color. Please take care to avoid contamination.
- Bright-colored bags may experience dye transfer or friction damage when worn with dark clothing such as wool or denim. Avoid pairing with such items.
- The material may crack or wear down with use over time.
- Fabric that has been stained or deformed due to dye transfer or contamination cannot be restored.
If contamination occurs, promptly clean it with a dedicated leather cream or a soft cloth to prevent deformation. Do not use general detergents under any circumstances.
- Damage caused by user negligence, such as dye transfer, deformation, or peeling, cannot be compensated. To preserve the product, store it in a dust bag in a location with moderate temperature and humidity.
Important Notes
- Due to the nature of the material, wrinkles, marks, spots, or fine scratches may occur and are not considered defects.
- Minor discrepancies in color, size variations, untrimmed threads, slight seam irregularities, and the fabric's scent are not considered product flaws.
- Size measurements may vary by 1-4 cm depending on the method and location of measurement.

Shipping Time:
Australia Domestic orders: Delivery can be expected within 3-7 business days from the day the courier collects the package.

All returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
• Full priced items can only be returned for a store credit.
• Full priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event can only be returned for a store credit.
• All sale items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return, store credit, exchange or refund.
